A complete Building Service – From the Start

One of our most recent projects on a listed building involved working with the Local Authorities departments in drawing up Statements, Building regulations, agreements with Conservation Officers and submitting the full Planning Application for our client. We liaised between the L.A, architect, client and other interested parties; ensured Health & Safety Regulations were followed and organised tenders for sub-contract works.

After all building and decoration works were finished, and everything professionally cleaned ready for occupation, we presented to the owner their Client Completion Pack. This included all necessary certifications, Health and Safety information, appliance instructions and all warranties.
