Martin Davie. Managing Director
After leaving college in the late 80’s, my skills have continued to grow and develop with the expansion of all the companies. Today I feel there is much more to be achieved and many more opportunities to be involved with within construction. I believe with so much change in the industry the need is to be proactive and not reactive to it. 

Sally Davie Financial Director
After 25 years of senior management dealing with all aspects of project administration with the Local Authority, my expertise within the family business was vital at a growing stage of the group. From finance to personnel (and keeping the team in order!) I can say “I help make a difference” to an enterprising and venturesome company.

Marvin Keaveney Site Manager.
I first joined the company ten years ago as a sub-contract bricklayer, but they must have liked what they had seen as I was invited to join the team as a supervisor. I have progressed up through the Company to my current position as Site Manager, where I am responsible for the day-to-day running of multi-million pound projects.

Dawn Walker Sub-contract Ledger
I joined Davie 8 years ago. Within that time there have been many changes and a lot of growth to the companies. My role within the group has also changed throughout that time and I now run the Sub-contractors ledger department and stock control.

Richard Davie. Director & Contracts Manager
Martin and I started the initial business and were later joined by Steve Sandiford, where we all share the responsibilities for pushing the companies forward. I enjoy my role as Contracts Manager where I deal with both clients and tradesmen alike; bringing contracts in on time and to a high standard is the way we have grown our business. Starting as bricklayers, moving into scaffolding, small works and eventually our own developments has given us a platform to consider all projects, big and small, in our area.

Steven Sandiford Technical Director and Project Manager – Scaffolding
After working for 20 years as a scaffolder in a number of different fields from site and streetwork to containment, I joined Davie Brothers Scaffolding Ltd in 2000. As Technical Director for the scaffolding company, I bring the knowledge and experience needed for our clients’ high standards for access, organization and regulation compliance.

Sue Davie Training, Health & Safety Manager
I have been with the company since the beginning, and I can honestly say it’s been a constant learning curve and never dull. We recognized early on that Health & safety as well as continual training were going to be very important to the success of the companies. This is a role I relish as it allows us to provide the investment that benefits us, our clients and our operatives. 

Ingrid Davie Purchase Ledger and Payroll
I joined Davie 6 years ago with previous experience in secretarial and reception positions in a wide range of different organisations. My role within the group has grown to include a variety of duties from reception, purchase ledger, payroll and personnel.
